How do refunds work?At RockSolid 3D Prints, we strive to ensure you’re satisfied with your order. However, due to the custom nature of our products, our refund policy is as follows: 1. Custom Orders – Since all SmartCards, name tags, and other custom prints are made to order, we do not offer refunds on customized products unless there is a defect or an error on our part. 2. Defective or Incorrect Items – If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will work to provide a replacement or refund. 3. Order Cancellations – If you need to cancel an order, please do so before we begin production. Once printing has started, the order cannot be refunded. 4. Non-Custom Items – If we introduce any non-custom products in the future, refund eligibility will be outlined in the product details. Shipping Options – We offer standard and expedited shipping at checkout. Rates are calculated based on your location and order size. 3. Tracking Your Order – Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery. 4. Local Pickup – If you’re nearby, you can choose our local pickup option at checkout.
